By downloading or using Vanish ("the app"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own non‑commercial entertainment on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service.
The app offers optional in‑app purchases (such as themes, character skins, coin packs, and an ads‑free option). Purchases are processed by Apple and are generally non‑refundable except as required by law or Apple's policies. Consumable items (e.g. coins) have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, or attempt to disrupt the app, and not to use it in any unlawful way.
Optional Game Center and iCloud features are provided by Apple and governed by Apple's terms. Availability of leaderboards, achievements, and cloud save depends on your Apple ID settings.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Unless a custom agreement applies, your use is also covered by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
