How do I restore my purchases?

Open the app, go to the shop or the remove‑ads screen, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy. This re‑grants Remove Ads, themes, and mascots.

My progress disappeared / I got a new phone.

Progress syncs through your private iCloud (Key‑Value Store). Sign in to the same Apple ID with iCloud enabled, open the app, and your levels, stars, coins, and items are restored. If it doesn't appear right away, make sure iCloud Drive is on and you have a network connection.

Why did I restart at an earlier word after losing?

Each chapter has difficulty tiers (Intro, Build, Core, Hard, Boss). If you run out of mistakes, you restart at the beginning of the tier you were in — not all the way back — so you keep most of your progress.

How do I remove ads?

Buy the one‑time Remove Ads in‑app purchase from the shop. It also removes ads on any device signed in to the same Apple ID after you tap Restore Purchases.

How does the daily puzzle work?

Everyone gets the same puzzle each day. Solve it as fast as you can — your time is submitted to the daily leaderboard, which resets every day.
